The book "Missouri Caves in History and Legend" has a postcard similar to the one I posted a comment link to in the previous post. The postcard is dated 1921 and features three images of the underground facilities. This book, and the books "Lost Caves of St. Louis, and "Lemp, The Haunting History" also feature information and pictures of the caves. I own all three books. If you would like more info from the books, I could provide if I had your e-mail address.

The Lemp Brewery haunted house takes people through some of the caves every October. It's really hard to see with all the fake fog, scenery, and people trying to scare you, though. :)
