ReplyDeleteThe flutes would make outstanding residential pods, as they are of a radial dimension large enough, and ganged in structure to accommodate interior partitioning as needed to create a comfortably scaled studio apartment, or one bedroom apartment. The yet-to-meet "New Urban Infill Projects and Ideas" workgroup in City Affair could play around with this... A true TOD could be envisioned here because the Metrolink runs right past it between the CWE and Grand, making an urban infill proposal worth exploring.
