Further Down Locust
I took these pictures at the recent "Open Streets" event in downtown through the Central West End.Here is the fascinating power plant that is still sitting empty. Here is a woman freaking out about the street being blocked off; a worker eventually let her through, which sadly was probably the best thing to do to diffuse the situation. Finally, I love this image of the city of St. Louis, from what looks to be the late Seventies.
