Hebert Street, Saint Louis Place

My recent visit to the block of Hebert east of Parnell reveals that there is just about nothing left. What was once an almost intact block, though largely abandoned, is now almost gone.

  1. Building, development, population increase needs to happen sooner rather than later.

As a north side resident living within walking distance of these properties, the blocks have basically been abandoned for years. Only a few families lived there. Vacant lots dotted the landscape, if we can call it that.

Scenes, houses, remnants of houses like these are all the more reason for NorthSide Regeneration. The north side needs PEOPLE living in its environs. The time to build was YESTERDAY. The sooner work begins, the better off conditions will be as more people are drawn north!!!
