A Great Rehab
I saw this great house under renovation on Geyer, just south of I-44. It is still a work in progress, but will be truly spectacular when it is finished.
not quite as great of a rehab on the inside, but they seem to be doing a great job considering where they started. Amazing structure, though, and good to see it will live into the future (even given its severe proximity to I-44).
